TOWNHOUSES AND MULTIFAMILY BUILDINGS

The site is located in the Town of Monroe, Orange County, New York.
The project has been designated with one hundred senior housing units proposed on the southern site and seventy-eight units on the northern site that contain a mix of townhouses and multifamily buildings.
There will also be parking, access driveways and refuse locations.
The additional sewage that is generated will be conveyed to the existing wastewater treatment plants.
Existing and proposed drilled wells will provide potable water for the project.
Stormwater facilities are also proposed to attenuate post-development stormwater flows and provide water quality treatment.
